Project enquiries

When you use our enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, optional company name and message. We use this information to respond, discuss the work and keep a record of the conversation. Please do not send passwords, payment details or confidential customer information.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored privately on our hosting service, Hostinger. Email providers may process notifications and our replies. Access is limited to people handling your enquiry. Hosting and email services may process information in countries other than your own.

Security and technical information

The hosting provider may keep access and security logs, including IP addresses. The form uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. We do not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies to this site.

Retention

Unsuccessful or inactive project enquiries are retained for up to 12 months, unless we need to keep them for an ongoing discussion, an agreement or a legal obligation. Security rate-limit records are removed after their short operating window.

Your requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have submitted. Use the contact form and identify your request as a privacy enquiry. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Rights and exceptions depend on the law that applies to you.
